Privacy Policy (Pre-Production Draft)

TUCE Quantum AI Platform (“TUCE”) is currently in pre-production validation. This policy describes how data is handled while testing and hardening the system.
1. Data We Process
- Account information (email, username, role)
- Operational telemetry (request timing, error logs, health metrics)
- Application content submitted during testing
2. Purpose of Processing
Data is used to operate the platform, improve performance and reliability, and validate security controls.
3. Security Controls
We use role-based access controls, encrypted transport, logging, and infrastructure-level protections to reduce risk.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Access is restricted to authorized operators and infrastructure providers needed to run the service.
5. Retention
Data retention during pre-production is minimized and may be reset during testing cycles.
